The small fitness tracker features a touch-sensitive display housed within a lightweight rectangular housing, and it offers all basic fitness tracking features that you’d find on any other entry-level fitness band. Although it isn’t as advanced as some of Fitbit’s other products, the Inspire 2 is a great starting point for those who are new to fitness tracking wearables.

Despite its affordable price tag, the Fitbit Inspire 2 offers a bunch of useful features. These include 24/7 continuous heart rate monitoring, guided breathing sessions, menstrual cycle tracking, food logging, all-day activity tracking, sleep monitoring, step tracking, and much more. On top of that, it offers some other basic features like silent alarms, notification support, DND mode, timer, stopwatch, and even customizable clock faces. For all the fitness tracking features, the Inspire 2 includes the following sensors: a 3-axis accelerometer and an optical heart rate sensor.
