MediaTek Intros Helio Family SoCs

Mediatek has unveiled its new processor family for high-end phones. The first processor will be a 64-bit SoC based on eight Cortex-A53 cores and clocked at 2.2GHz, the company revealed. The 64-bit octa-core SoC can support display refresh rates of 120Hz, and slow motion videos at 480fps. More in the article.
