Dual Capture camera mode?

Does the 10 still offer the "Dual Capture" camera mode allowing for shots from front and back cameras simultaneously? If so are there any improvements? Ie is it still only half screen or are there resizable windows? Samsung seems to have abandoned their "Dual Camera" mode in the S7 phones. Not sure if Sony still has their "Face In" mode.
